Taylor Swift is at the top of her game as a country-to-pop superstar, but do you ever wonder how she's doing in one of her other roles as a godmother to Jaime King's son Leo Thames Newman?

"I mean how is Taylor at everything in her life? She's amazing," Jaime told a group of reporters including Wonderwall.com at the Art of Elysium's 9th annual Heaven Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016.

Jaime and her hubby Kyle Newman knew that the "Wildest Dreams" singer would be perfect for the job when they asked her back in March 2015.

"All I can say about that is I chose her because I know her depth of loving and caring and sharing and her depth of commitment," the "Hart of Dixie" actress explained. "She's one of my best friends. She's my sister, so that's the reason why."

Tay Tay has seemingly taken on her new title as godmother with ease since Leo's birth in July 2015. But she's also got the friend thing down pat, too.

Citing Taylor's "generosity" as one her best qualities, Jaime is glad to be her bestie but doesn't buy into the idea of their group of pals being a super-exclusive squad. The "Bad Blood" singer's been known to hang with a crew of famous friends, including the likes of Selena Gomez, Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid and Hailee Steinfeld.

"I don't think of it that way," Jaime said. "I don't think of it as this exclusive thing that we're all a part of."

"It's not like a club," she later added. "She's one of my best friends and I'm happy for that. We're surrounded by good, wonderful people and that's that."

Talk about squad goals though ...
