Gym? Who needs a gym!
Kendall Jenner, who flaunts her fit body in magazines and in fashion shows, hasn't been to the gym in over 4 months.
The reality star-turned-full time model said her gym hiatus wasn't a conscious decision and it centers more on a lack of time, as she is often traveling the world to walk the runways at the most glamorous fashion shows.
But, she said she hit the gym hard before her first runway walk at the prestigious show, one she did with BFF Gigi Hadid.
"I worked out so hard for that, like, literally every single day -- sometimes twice," she said. "I'd go to my trainer, then I'd go for a run a couple hours later."
"I love running outside," Kendall said. "You can go on a run on a treadmill but it's really not the same. I used to be the most athletic kid. I was always outside. I was super outdoorsy running around in the mud and doing that kind of stuff. I don't do that ever [now].
The 20-year-old continued, "You're always like stuck inside, you're always in a gym, or you're always on your phone or whatever. So to actually to get outside and run outside, I like it. I enjoy it."
Since she won't be strutting around in lingerie anytime soon -- except for maybe in front of her secret boyfriend -- Kendall said her diet isn't exactly the envy of nutritionists right now.
"I was really on point, and I haven't been eating the same," she said in reference to her Victoria's Secret prep diet. "Like I've been eating just s—— all the time. [Because] I feel like I'm on vacation now for the past couple months."
Her post-lingerie diet, she says, consists of Fritos Chili Cheese.
"Ever since I was a kid the only chips that I truly like love and will eat all the time," she said of her saturated fat guilty pleasure. "They're really bomb."
But, if she really wants to get her snack on she knows where to go: Khloe's house!
"She has the greatest snacks ever," Kendall said. "She always has. Literally I walk in her house it's dangerous."
