Kris Jenner has her house back!
After years of sharing her six bedroom, eight bathroom home in Los Angeles' Hidden Hills neighborhood with her daughter, Kim Kardashian West's family, the matriarch is poised to have the place to herself again.
It seems Kim and Kanye West have moved with their kids to one of the two properties they now own.
TMZ reports Kimye -- along with North West and Saint West -- have moved into the pad they bought in 2013 in Tinseltown's Bel-Air section. Renovations on the 9,000 square foot property, which they put on the market last year for $20 million, are apparently complete, which gives the family of four a prime opportunity to relocate.
After Kim and her (allegedly cash-strapped) husband bought the sprawling, five bedroom, seven bathroom estate for $11 million a few years back, the couple put at least another $2 million into updates including the addition of a basketball court and bowling alley, according to the Daily Mail.
Meanwhile, they plunked down another reported $20 million for a second mansion in Kris' neighborhood. That home is still under construction.
"They both make a ton of money but they also spend a ton," a source told People in February. "And they are sparing no expense with their new house … $20,000 fixtures, the perfect flooring -- the costs have been endless."
When the Hidden Hills house is ready, TMZ reports the plan is to move there, by which time they'll hopefully have sold the Bel Air digs.
Living with Kris was initially super stressful for Kim, who griped about the situation repeatedly on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and on her subscription-based website.
"I'm ready to be in our home," she complained earlier this year.
Kim was pregnant with her daughter, North, when she made the move. After she got pregnant a second time, Kris graciously got a condo and hightailed it out of the growing young family's way so they could have some space after welcoming their son, Saint, who arrived at the end of last year.
Though the seemingly endless real estate expenditures have certainly added up, Kim and Kanye are poised to turn a nice profit once they unload the house that's on the market now.
