There's magic in the air!
Kourtney Kardashian and her on-again/off-again ex Scott Disick had a family outing with two of their three children, Mason and Penelope, at Universal Studios' Wizarding World of Harry Potter on March 18. The park doesn't officially open until April 7, but the reality stars got a sneak peek at the park that's casting a spell over Southern California!
Kourtney posted a sweet pic of her daughter in front of one of Hogsmead's shops. Along with the cute snap, the E! star wrote, "A little Harry Potter magic."
A source told E! that the group, "enjoyed the land's signature-ride Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, Flight of the Hippogriff and Mason had a wand-fitting at Ollivander's wand shop."
According to the Los Angeles Times, "Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, the featured attraction, is a motion-based ride that uses 3-D technology and moving ride vehicles to make riders feel as if they are flying along with Harry Potter, dodging dragons and the dark lord Voldemort. The ride's line snakes through Hogwarts Castle so that visitors are entertained during the wait by authentic movie props, 3-D videos and paintings that come to life."
That sounds like a thrilling time for Scott and Kourt's wee ones. But the fun didn't stop there for the two kiddos!
The E! insider continued, "Mason and Penelope were also seen using their wand at several of the land's interactive windows. They also rode the Despicable Me ride and spent some time at the Minion-themed Super Silly Fun Land."
While many outlets constantly speculate the former couple's current relationship status, Kourtney had a message for her Snapchat followers earlier this week when she said, "By the way, everyone relax. We have three kids together. We spend time together."
We don't know a spell to fix broken relationships -- but maybe the duo found a spell at Hogwarts that could fix them?!
Kourtney and Scott split in July 2015 after the bad boy was seen get cozy with ex Chloe Bartoli in the South of France. After months of reports that Scott had a substance abuse problem, the Lord Disick checked himself into a rehab facility following Lamar Odom's overdose in October 2015. Subsequently the father of three has appeared to have brief bouts of sobriety followed by reports (and sometimes photos) of hard partying.
This week Scott seems to be on the wagon and getting along swimmingly with the mother of his children. Let's wait to see what next week has in store for LD!
