Out and proud! Kris Jenner is out to prove that she's beyond thrilled with her children.
The Kardashian/Jenner matriarch has filed paperwork to trademark #ProudMama, TMZ reported. The idea behind the trademark is two fold: First, she wants to use it for "advertising purposes." Second, she wants to make money off of it.
Kris has been using the hashtag on social media for quite some time, so she figured she may as well make it hers and only hers.
Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Rob, Kendall and Kylie's mama is known to legally fight for phrases before. In March, she reportedly tried to trademark the word "momager," something she's been called for years.
If #ProudMama gets approved, those hoping to use it for advertising purposes will have to get permission from the "Momager." If not, Kris could proudly sue.
