Call Kylie Jenner an independent woman!
The 18-year-old reality star opened up to Glamour U.K. about how she does not rely on anyone else, including her famous Kardashian/Jenner family.
"I haven't had a dollar of my mom's money for five years. Ever since I started earning my own money, I've paid for everything: all my cars, houses, clothes, everything," she told the mag for their June 2016 issue. "I like to know exactly what's going on, and I'm actually quite careful with what I spend. We all are as a family."
And making her own money has helped define her as a feminist.
"I don't think I stand up in public that way a lot," she said. "Not that I don't feel things in my personal life, but yes: I do consider myself a feminist."
She also made it clear that she's not counting on her man Tyga to help her out financially.
"I'm a young woman, for one thing, and I don't depend on a man or anybody else," she continued. "I make my own money and start my own businesses, and I feel like I'm an inspiration for a lot of young girls who want to stand on their own."
As much influence as she has on young girls, Kylie spoke about moving out of the spotlight and the inevitable end of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
"In time, I think I'll just slowly start moving behind the scenes," she shared. "The show has to end eventually, and I'm not going to leave until we're done with it, but by 20 I want to have the whole of my cosmetics line out because that's my primary focus. I definitely won't want to be doing anything else that would make me more public."
