Miley Cyrus seems to be riding the wave into the hearts of Liam Hemsworth's family …
Music's wildest child got a matching tattoo with Elsa Pataky, who is the wife of Chris Hemsworth, while having a girl's night in Sydney, Australia. The "Wrecking Ball" singer and Spanish actress brought along two other female friends who also got inked with the small wave design.
Australian tattoo artist Lauren Winzer, who works at Hunter & Fox Tattoo in Sydney, Instagramed the image of the four tattoos with the caption, "Stoked to do these little matching custom waves @kellyslater drew up for @mileycyrus @kalanimiller @elsapatakyconfidential @aprilmun"
Kalani, who is surfer Kelly Slater's longtime girlfriend, shared the same image and wrote, "When girls night starts out like this…Thank you @laurenwinzer for the new [wave] ink! And the boo @kellyslater for the scribble."
Earlier in the week, Kelly and Chris were spotted surfing together while Liam filmed the pair. Sounds like surf-tastic time!
A mellowed-out Miley is currently on vacay with Liam, who is a native Aussie. The reunited couple is visiting Chris and Elsa, along with their three children India, Sasha and Tristan, are currently living.
Liam and Miley have been hanging out Down Under all week, getting spotted at several locations in Sydney, including a lunch in Byron's Bay on April 27 and having a Saturday brunch with Liam's parents on April 23.
Things seem to be going swimmingly for Miley and Chris, who got back together around New Year's of this year after being apart for several years. Even if Miley has tons of tattoos, getting matching ink with your boyfriend's sister-in-law makes it seems like she's back in the fam's good graces.
There have been reports that their called-off engagement is back on, however while at the Los Angeles premiere of his new film The Huntsman: Winter's War, Liam told Australian outlet TV Week that he was "not engaged." However, Miley has been spotted wearing the engagement ring that the "Hunger Games" actor had previously given her.
The on-again/off-again couple first met while filming "The Last Song" in June 2009. The young couple announced their engagement in June 2012 but broke up in September 2013. Two and a half years later … things are definitely back on!
