While people scurry to find out anything and everything they can about Pippa Middleton's future husband James Matthews, her future brother-in-law is already a household name ... in the U.K., at least.

Spencer Matthews once starred on the U.K.'s version of "The Bachelor" (insert "Every Rose Has Its Throne" joke here.)

Spencer starred in the dating series in 2012. At the end of the show, he chose Khloe Evans, a blond beauty, but the two broke things off just a few days later after she was allegedly seen kissing another reality star, "The Only Way Is Essex" star Tom Pearce.

James' brother has a thing for being in front of the reality TV cameras. In 2011, he appeared in the docuseries "Made In Chelsea," a show inspired by "The Hills" and featured recurring appearances by Stephanie Pratt, Spencer Pratt's sister. Pippa's future family member left the show last year.

In 2015, he also appeared on "I'm a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!" and often appeared on "Loose Women," a daytime talk show.

Spencer's fame likely won't bother Pippa, as she knows all about being in the public eye as the sister of Duchess Kate, who is married to Prince William.

Pippa recently showed off her stunning 4-carat diamond ring after saying "yes" to James following his romantic proposal in England's Lake District.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are absolutely delighted with the news," a statement from Kensington Palace as news of the engagement was confirmed. Pippa was reportedly totally surprised by the proposal, as was her sister Kate, who reportedly knew nothing in advance.

After Pippa says "I do," likely in 2017, Spencer will be able to say that he is not only reality TV gold, but also royal-adjacent. But, in 2012, he told the Radio Times that he's had his brush with famous Brit's before.

"I went to Eton with Prince Harry, he was a year above me," Spencer said. "I know Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice really well, too. Bea's boyfriend Dave Clark is a very good friend of mine."
