Rob Kardashian is back in action!

The 28-year-old youngest brother of the Kardashian clan took to Instagram on Feb. 9 to post a collage of photos of his niece North West. Sharing three snaps of the toddler, Rob added a host of emojis to express his adoration for the adorable tot, writing "😍😍😩😩😩😍😍😍".

The move is surprising, considering the fact that the former reality star has been reclusive in the last few years. Rob has refrained from using much social media, and only has 12 Instagram posts total -- all of which have been posted in the last three weeks. He returned to the social media platform on Jan. 20, posting a selfie of himself wearing a bandana and attaching two purple devil emojis as a caption.

The change seems to correlate with the timing of a new woman in his life, Blac Chyna. The two went public with their romance in January 2016, and things are already changing dramatically for Rob. Since sharing their relationship, Rob has reportedly been living a healthier lifestyle and getting back in touch with his famous family.

On Feb. 5 during his older sister Kim Kardashian West's livestream on her app, there was more evidence that Rob is becoming a family man once again. Kim can be heard asking Rob, who was holding her newest addition, 2-month-old son Saint, whether or not he thinks that the baby looks like her.

This coupled with the Instagram shoutout to his niece show Rob seems to really be embracing family life. In early February he posted a photo on Instagram of Kris Jenner's hands, captioning the snap, "Hey pretty mama 😍😍😍@krisjenner".

Aside from spending more time with the Kardashian clan, Rob has also been stepping outside in public more. In the last month, the sock designer surfaced out and about multiple times. He'd previously only been spotted rarely, and typically only driving around Los Angeles. On Feb. 4, Rob was seen soaking up the sun on a beach, looking happy while watching his girlfriend Blac Chyna do a photoshoot.

All of these steps are significant progress for the 28-year-old, who was hospitalized in December 2015 and diagnosed with diabetes. In comparison to the previous year, with his health scare and reclusive tendencies, 2016 is already looking up for Rob!
