The status of Robert Pattinson's hair has been a major talking point since the English actor rose to fame around the time he starred in "Twilight" in 2008.

And it seems his latest 'do is equally buzz worthy.

All eyes were on R.Pattz when he attended the Dior Homme presentation during Paris Men's Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2017 on June 25 -- with bangs!

The heartthrob, who served as the face of Dior Homme Autumn 2016, was photographed in the front row of the fashion show looking très serious in a black suit with an asymmetrical design on the jacket and his short-cropped hair gelled and brushed forward.

Not much has been seen of Kristen Stewart's former honey since May when he attended the 2016 Met Gala with fiance FKA Twigs.

The Brit debuted a buzz cut 'do during fashion's biggest night, and if his questionable coiffure during the Dior show -- which Michael B. Jordan, A$AP Rocky, Dwyane Wade and Victor Cruz also attended -- was any indication, he's now in the awkward stage of growing out his hair once again.

Rob and his fiance have kept a lower profile in recent months, avoiding the paparazzi as the tabloids have questioned the status of their relationship and whether or not they'll ever make it to the altar. (Or maybe he was just keeping his awkward mane under wraps!)

In other R.Pattz hair news, the actor can next be seen in "The Childhood of a Leader," which is set to debut in the United States on July 22, and in "The Lost City of Z." (A release date for the later film has yet to be scheduled.) In trailers for both period pieces, the actor appears with relatively longer hair -- when compared to his buzz cut, at least -- and with major facial hair. (And we mean MAJOR facial hair.)

So his current follicle situation remains a mystery for now!

To see what we mean about his major facial hair, check out the below trailer for "The Lost City of Z," in which Charlie Hunnam, Sienna Miller and Tom Holland also star. (Fast forward to 2:29 to get a close-up look at Rob's full beard.)
