Rose McGowan and her ex-husband David Leavitt have not only pulled the plug on their marriage, but they've also ended any chance that they could be parents together.
According to TMZ, the couple's final divorce judgment was filed Thursday and it details that they had an unspecified number of frozen embryos stored at a Los Angeles-area fertility clinic.
As part of their settlement, Rose and David, who were married for three years, have agreed that the embryos should "immediately be thawed and destroyed," records indicate.
The duo never had children, so custody was never an issue between them. Furthermore, they also will not pay the other child support. TMZ reports that the actress will get to keep the home they lived in, but each is keeping their personal vehicles and personal possessions.
Rose filed for divorce from her artist husband on Feb. 1, 2016. She cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.
In court docs, she asked the judge to reject any requests for spousal support. The "Charmed" actress also listed their separation date as May 1, 2015.
The couple tied the knot outdoors at the Paramour Mansion in Los Angeles in front of close family and friends in October of 2013. They had dated for a little more than a year.
Rose, who is very active on social media, didn't address the divorce judgment.
