Sinead O'Connor wants to set the record straight. The star went on an angry tirade on her Facebook page, the same day she was found after being reported missing in Chicago, Illinois.

The 49-year-old took to social media to make her opinions about her father, ex-husband and son known on May 16 -- and they aren't pretty. Aside from blaming her family for her psychological problems in an expletive-laced rant, she also threatened to take them all to court.

The post, entitled "Open Letter to John Reynolds," referring to her ex-husband, began full of anger, accusing her family of abandoning her "for being suicidal." Among the four-letter-word filled note, Sinead warns, "Every one of you had better pray I die. Because I'm suing the f------ lot of you for what you've done to me if I manage to live through it."

The letter delved into her relationship with her father, her medical bills, and the fact that none of the four fathers of her four children ever helped her out financially. She also revealed that her father and her ex-husband John pushed for her to get an abortion when she was pregnant with her eldest son, Jake.

At that point, the letter's focus turned to 28-year-old Jake, addressing him directly. Sinead wrote, "If I manage not to kill myself, you'll be paying the medical costs which have been and will continue to be involved with that, since you were and remain. the chief co-ordinator of my total psychological and emotional destruction. And I will still never return to you or any of my four children, because of you. So f------ live with that."

Sinead also claimed that her ex-husband John Reynolds and her son Jake forced her to "run to another continent just to stay alive," referring to the fact that she left her native Ireland for Chicago.

The musician closed the post with the threat of litigation. "I will see you all in court. I want damages," Sinead wrote. "We are all going to court and we are gonna have this out in full public for once and for all."
