Solange Knowles is lacking some serious bling today.
The singer and sister of Beyonce Knowles lost her wedding ring on Feb. 4 during a parade in New Orleans.
The ring apparently slipped off during the Krewe of Muses annual Mardi Gras parade. Solange is an honorary member of the community organization.
The Krewe organization reported the news on their twitter page. "Honorary Muse Solange lost her wedding ring between Toledano and Foucher. Reward if found! Contact firstname.lastname@example.org," the tweet read.
In a tweet of her own on Feb. 5, Solange made no mention of the lost bauble, but did reference the parade.
"My son said, mom I'm just happy YOU didn't fly off the float, & that your safe, & that you still get to have the love you have. *tears dried," she wrote.
In a follow up tweet, she wrote, "Also, I can't put into words how grateful I am to be given the Key to the City! NEW ORLEANS, from the bottom of my soul, I am so thankful."
Before her time on the big float, Solange took to Instagram to post a video of herself dancing in a fun, frilly dress. Her ring can clearly be seen shining in the short video.
"Aaaaaand it begins!!!! #turnupmardigras," she wrote. "Thanks to one of my oldest and most lovely friends @itsjeremyscott for making me feel like a real Mardi Gras Queen in @moschino So honored to be your Queen of Muses #kreweofmuses !!! We about to be turnt in that glitter shoe !!! See you soon Nola!"
