Catelynn Lowell out of rehab and headed home!

The "Teen Mom" star has been in an Arizona treatment facility since mid-March, where she sought treatment for anxiety and depression.

On Saturday, her husband, Tyler Baltierra, said he was enroute to The Grand Canyon State to bring Catelynn back home.

In a photo posted to Instagram of him and the couple's 15-month-old daughter Novalee Reign, whom he fondly calls "Tootie," Tyler wrote, "Me & Tootie are off to Arizona to go get @catelynnmtv. I can't wait to come home with my wife & my whole family together again."

He said that time apart from his wife has been difficult.

"This past month has been a little rough by myself, but nothing I wouldn't do all over again for my family," he wrote. "Cate's health, safety & security, has & always will be my main priority. I love you Babe & can't wait to kiss your face & hold you in my arms again #BaltierraFamilyStrong"

Catelynn announced she was seeking help on March 16 after she and her husband both posted a series of bizarre tweets that left people worried and scratching their heads.

"Please just pray for my wife," Tyler tweeted on March 15, later adding, "For better or for worse...through sickness & in health...I will NEVER stop fighting for my wife. Keep her in your prayers...thank you."

If that wasn't vague enough, Catelynn also went to social media to give a strange description of her state of mind, and it doesn't exactly offer hope.

"For everyone that thinks I'm so 'strong' I'm really not...one day you will know why," she wrote. "I also can be very weak."

A day after the nonsensical tweets, everything made sense.

"Just let [fans] know that I'm just seeking help for my anxiety and depression at the moment," Catelynn said. On social media she posted an photo of her on an airplane.

"Arizona here I come...," she captioned the Instagram photo. "I can't wait to be back to my normal self... this is for me and my family.. Novalee and Tyler I love you both very much!!!"

Now, everything seems better, thankfully. Earlier this week, Novalee's mommy took to Twitter to give an update on her health and revealed that she was almost ready to leave the facility.

"Just wanted to know I'm doing great! Best decision I have ever made for myself," she tweeted. "I'll b home soon #thankyouforyoursupport."
