Family is everything.

We cannot imagine what Teresa Giudice must be thinking or feeling just hours before her husband Joe Giudice heads off to jail. One thing we know for sure is that the reality television star is holding her family close.

The 43-year-old took to Instagram on March 23, the morning Joe is set to begin his prison sentence, to share sweet family photos.

Both Teresa and Joe were convicted of bankruptcy fraud in October 2014 after admitting they hid assets from bankruptcy creditors and submitted phony loan applications to get $5 million in mortgages and construction loans. Joe also pleaded guilty to not paying about $200,000 in taxes. In their plea agreement, the couple was ordered to pay $414,000 in restitution.

The judge allowed the couple to serve time separately so they could properly take care of their four children. Teresa served her 15-month sentence in 2015. Joe will report to Fort Dix's federal prison on Wednesday to begin his 41-month term. He could potentially only serve about 35 months if he's given time off for good behavior, according to attorney Miles Feinstein. Joe has also been living in the United States illegally since he was an infant and will face deportation after he completes his sentence.

Teresa, who was been on "The Real Housewives" for the series' entire six seasons, is set to return to season 7. Joe's entrance into the big house will actually be filmed on Wednesday, according to TMZ. The Bravo network filmed a three-part special separate from RHONJ while Teresa was serving time, but Joe was not given the same offer. He will only appear on reality television during his stay if and when he interacts with his wife or children during the filming of "Real Housewives," TMZ reports.
