This ain't no game! Rapper The Game will have to fork over $7.13 million after a judge ruled in favor of a woman who claimed he sexually assaulted her.
The woman, Priscilla Rainey, claimed the rapper sexually assaulted her while shooting a reality show in 2015. The Game has denied any wrongdoing and plans to appeal, according to TMZ.
Priscilla originally sued for $10 million. In her lawsuit, filed in Illinois, she said she was cast on Game's show, "She's Got Game." She claimed that on May 22, she was shooting a scene in a sports bar and the Game was "out of control," alleging he was drunk and on drugs.
She claimed that throughout the evening, Game sexually assaulted her several times. At one moment, she said he was "forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks."
Over the course of the court proceedings, the woman requested access to The Game's finances, hoping to get an idea of his net worth, but the judge in the case denied her request because she didn't go through the proper procedures in filing her request.
The Game has not publicly addressed the ruling.
