Chace Crawford

Chace Crawford, who modeled during high school in Texas, brought his porcelain skin (Having a dermatologist dad comes in handy!), floppy blond locks and wholesome good looks to California after graduating in 2003. While attending Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif., the thick-browed pretty boy considered following in his father’s footsteps and studying medicine but answered the call to acting instead. He got his first big break as one of the sexy Sons of Ipswich in the No.1 teen warlock film, “The Covenant” (2006). The next year he moved down the East Coast to play privileged and pretty once again. Crawford spent six seasons on “Gossip Girl” as Nate Archibald who went from prep school player to political pawn to newspaper publisher without ever having an empty bed for long. His good looks score him a ton of attention, both wanted (ranking on People’s Most Beautiful and Hottest Bachelors Lists) and unwanted (Perez Hilton said he has “gayface” and unsubstantiated rumors about being more than friends with JC Chasez swirled.). In reality, the only famous folk he has been linked with are Carrie Underwood and Ashley Greene. He sporadically showed up in films (“What To Expect When You’re Expecting,” “The Haunting of Molly Hartley) and doing voiceovers (“Robot Chicken,” “Family Guy”) during his CW tenure. Just after playing a drug dealer in “Twelve” in 2010, life imitated art as he was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor in his hometown after police discovered two ounces of marijuana in the car he was in.
