Melissa Joan Hart shed 42 pounds of baby weight before joining the "Dancing" cast. Now with rehearsals five days a week, she's hoping to tone up even more. The 33-year-old actress tells OK! magazine that her diet consists of several small meals instead of the usual three large ones.
"I eat six small meals. I start with protein shakes with a little bit of banana and some fiber to keep me full. Almonds are always a good snack, and I like chicken wraps or chicken tacos. I avoid starches and dairy, and instead have a lot of rice and almond milk."
