O magazine recently teamed up with Skype to create the Just Say Hello campaign, encouraging people to start a conversation with easy, helpful tips from celebs on how to up your social game and increase your lifespan.
What's the best way to combat loneliness? "All it takes is a willingness to reach out," Sanjay Gupta, M.D., explained in the latest issue of The Oprah Magazine. "And it begins with a simple hello."
If smiling at a tollbooth officer or learning your barista's name is all it takes to lengthen your life, then what are you waiting for?
Seth Rogen, Kelly Ripa, Kerry Washington, Gayle King, Kate Upton and other hot stars have jumped on board to help promote more face-to-face interaction.
