Kate Middleton's all-gray outfit was not a hit with everyone. Social media users gave their candid opinions on the Princess of Wales' monochromatic ensemble when she paid a visit to RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire.

During Kate Middleton's first engagement as the Royal Honorary Air Commodore, she wore a gray Bella Freud suit, a matching Alexander McQueen fine knit top and gray Gianvitto Rossi heels.

Some people online were not fans of the look. "She just wore this suit a couple of weeks ago. Please do repeat, but not in such quick succession, when you have other suits and dresses you could wear. Plus, the gray jumper with the gray suit doesn't really work," one social media user
wrote below an Instagram post.
"I'm not so sure about the outfit. The gray and gray combo looks a bit boring. A white shirt would have been nice," a second person said.
"I love this suit, but a little bit too much gray with the top. A white or black one would have been a better choice," a third added.
"Too much gray in this outfit. She should have worn a light pink, white or black blouse," a fourth chimed in.

Prince Harry, following his team's alleged assertion that "men in gray suits" were tearing his family apart.
