Brad Pitt spent Thanksgiving with a friend in Turks and Caicos
Thanksgiving didn't offer Brad Pitt much in the way of family quality time, but he did the best he could to relax with "one of his male buddies" after a demanding press tour to promote his new film "Allied." Insiders tell the New York Post Angelina Jolie "wouldn't let him see" their six children given the pair's ongoing divorce and custody negotiations. Brad reportedly spent the holiday in a private villa at Amanyara in Turks and Caicos, a luxury resort featuring a volcanic rock swimming pool and reflecting pond, among other amenities. The resort's villas are believed to rent for as much as $34,000 a night. Angelina reportedly stayed in Los Angeles with the kids.

What's next for 'KUWTK'?
If you thought nothing could stop the Kardashian-Jenner spotlight juggernaut, you may have thought wrong. "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" stopped filming in October after Kim Kardashian West was robbed at gunpoint. And now that Kanye West is hospitalized dealing with bouts of extreme paranoia, TMZ claims no new footage will be shot before 2017. The website reports there's enough footage to get producers through their current series commitment, but nothing is guaranteed after that. Kim, a source tells the website, is "rethinking everything." E!, which produces "KUWTK," isn't so sure. A rep tells Page Six the show "is currently in production and has not been halted." Since that statement doesn't entirely negate the report that new scenes won't be filmed this year, we'll take it with a grain of salt as long as Kanye remains hospitalized.

Michelle Williams opens up about dating, parenting without Heath Ledger
Nearly a decade after Heath Ledger's death, Michelle Williams is still trying to reconcile the reality of life for her and their daughter, Matilda, without him. In the new issue of Porter magazine, the actress — who was recently cast as Janis Joplin in a forthcoming film about the singer — gets candid about parenting, dating and more. "Talk about a learning process," she says (via E! News). "… I feel really sensitive about it and certainly did not expect to still be dating at 36 with an 11-year-old. This is not what I imagined." Those closest to her don't seem to seem to have imagined this life for Michelle, either. "My friend Busy [Phillips] and her husband Marc [Silverstein] said, 'Michelle, you're in like a blackout zone, everybody is now partnered up and you have to wait for people to start getting divorced,'" Michelle admits, adding a big "no!" the notion that she's "just sitting around and waiting for marriages to crumble." In the meantime, she says she's trying to stay true to who she is and what she knows she needs. "I'm like a cat, I'm a very domestic creature. I just want to stay home and take care of people. But I'm also happy with myself and just because I might have a desire to be with someone … that won't lead me to marry the wrong person," she muses. "In all honesty, for pretty much everything else, I feel like I'm a believer in not fighting circumstances, accepting where you are and where you've been. In pretty much all senses but one, I would be able to go totally down that line of thinking were it not for Matilda not having her dad. You know, that's just something that doesn't…I mean, it just won't ever be right."

Heidi Klum: 'I'm a nudist'
No shirt, no shoes, no … bikini? No problem. Heidi Klum says the reason she tends to soak up the sun and surf sans swimwear is that she's always been that way, just like her mom and dad. "I grew up going to nude beaches with my parents, so I'm a nudist," she recently told Ocean Drive magazine (via Us Weekly). " I have no problems with nudity at all. I'm very free. When I go to the beach, it's in a very remote place where there are not a lot of people, and I like to go topless." Probably has nothing to do with having been one of the most beautiful women in the world for the past two decades, but sure, let's go with "free."
Gerard Butler is back on the market
And the ladies' man of the year award goes to … Gerard Butler, who is back on the market following a multi-year relationship with former model, Megan Brown, according to the New York Post. Ironically, Gerard earned this ladies' man award (that we totally just invented) because of the reason we've been given for his recent split. "Girls throw themselves at him," a source told a reporter for the Post. "It's hard for him to constantly say, 'No. Get away from me. I have a girlfriend.'" The struggle is real.
Helen Mirren talks love, marriage and aging in AARP
That milestone when AARP starts coming in the mail probably didn't phase Helen Mirren, whose new cover story for the magazine focuses on how her life and perspective have changed over the past few decades. "The best thing about being over 70 is being over 70," the 71-year-old film veteran. "Certainly when I was 45, the idea of being 70 was like 'Arghhh!' But you only have two options in life: Die young or get old. There is nothing else. The idea of dying young when you're 25 is kind of cool – a bit romantic, like James Dean. But then you realize that life is too much fun to do that." And part of Helen's fun comes from her husband, Taylor Hackford — although she didn't meet him until she was 38 and they waited nearly 15 more years before getting married. "We got married in the end because we realized that we were going to be together forever," Helen says. "We got married, ultimately, for legal reasons more than anything else. Estate planning and other complicated things like that. And our families, we sensed, wanted us to be married. I always said I have nothing against marriage, it just wasn't to my taste, like turnips. It took me a very long time to come round to acquiring the taste. I just had to meet the right turnip."
Mariah Carey says her diet consists of only two things
Here's a question for the ages: How is it that the world waited this long to give Mariah Carey a reality TV show? Granted, this is a gal who sleeps with 20 humidifiers around her bed and has male models carry her around in public. But we're still impressed with the answer she recently gave in an interview with E! News when asked how she got her newly slimmed-down figure. "It's really hard. My diet, you would hate it …," Mimi said with a bored rasp. "All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That's it." When the reporter responded with a look of shock, awe and confusion, Mariah clarified that she was not joking. "I'm actually serious," she said, letting a giggle emerge from lips we like to imagine are preternaturally doused in champagne and gold flakes. "I try to stick with the proteins. It's the worst." Indeed.
Felicity Jones addresses the gender pay gap in Glamour
In the past year, actresses from Patricia Arquette to Jennifer Lawrence to Emma Watson have made a point of speaking out about Hollywood's gender pay gap problem. And with the tide shifting toward a more conservative Capitol Hill and White House, stars are likely to continue vocalizing their opposition to a world where men earn more than women for the same work. Felicity Jones is the latest actress to take up the mantle, telling Glamour, "I want to be paid fairly for the work that I'm doing," in the magazine's January 2017 edition. "That's what every single woman around the world wants. We want to be paid on parity with a man in a similar position. And I think it's important to talk about it," says the "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" actress. As for celebs like Patricia, who demanded equal pay during her acceptance speech at the Oscars? "It's brave of those women to come forward and make a point about it," Felicity says. "Now younger actresses will have a confidence in those discussions with their agents and be able to say, 'Can we make sure that I'm being paid the right amount for the work that I'm doing?'"
John Krasinski, Emily Blunt find tough housing market
Word is it can be tough to sell a home during an election year. That may explain the situation John Krasinski and Emily Blunt find themselves in with regard to the five-bedroom, five bath house in Ojai, California, they've been trying to get rid of since 2015. The hardwood-heavy pad boasts four fireplaces, a pool and views of the mountains, but TMZ reports the couple have had to reduce the price repeatedly from its original $4.25 million listing. According to the website, the pad is now in escrow at last for a $2.75 million sale. Not much of an investment given that they bought it in 2012 for $2.15.
