Ioan Gruffudd, who turns 50 on Oct. 6, 2023, was in the midst of a massive cheating scandal back in 2021. His estranged wife, Alice Evans, accused him of cheating for nearly a year that October, right after her ex decided to go Instagram official with the new woman in his wife, Bianca Wallace. Alice tweeted at the time, "So it turns out that my husband, after two years of telling me I'm a bad person and I'm not exciting and he no longer want so to have sex with me and he just wants to be on set abroad…Has been in a relationship for THREE years behind all our backs. Good luck, Bianca."
This public declaration came seven months after Ioan filed for divorce from Alice. The couple had been married 13 years at the time, and shared two children together, daughters Elsie and Ella. Their contentious divorce — which included child custody issues and Ioan filing a domestic-violence restraining order against Alice — would not be finalized until July 2023, and Ioan and Bianca are still dating today.

Like his father, Donald Trump Jr. has been at the center of a cheating scandal. In 2018 — days after his wife of 12 years, Vanessa, filed for divorce — multiple outlets reported that Don Jr. had an affair with former Danity Kane singer Aubrey O'Day in late 2011 and early 2012 after they got close while filming "The Celebrity Apprentice." People magazine reported that the alleged affair ended after Vanessa, who was reportedly pregnant with one of their five children around the time, discovered sexy text messages from Aubrey on her husband's phone. "I think his marriage to Vanessa was over long before Aubrey came along," a source told Page Six, adding that Don Jr.'s family "pressured" him into staying in the marriage. In fact, one source said the future President Donald Trump told his son to "knock it off." Aubrey went on to record two songs believed to be about the alleged affair, one titled "DJT." (Don Jr.'s middle name is John.)
Aubrey — who in 2019 called Don Jr. her "ex" and onetime "soulmate" — later went public with more details about their alleged affair including this unexpected reveal: On a July 2023 episode of Michael Cohen's "Mea Culpa" podcast, Aubrey said — as reported by Page Six — that her physical affair with Don Jr. began "in a gay club bathroom."
"I was hosting a gay club and our first time going out together — he wanted to see me so bad — and I told him, 'Well, I'm gonna be at a gay club tonight'," she claimed. "So Don shows up to the gay club — and I'm talking about this is one of the biggest gay parties in New York … Everybody was in a G-string or less." She added that the reality TV star and businessman was surprisingly at ease there, which isn't what many might expect considering his anti-LGBTQIA+ views that emerged after his father pursued politics. "I looked at his Instagram for the first time in years and saw all kinds of jokes of belittling the gay community … and I thought to myself, 'Man, you were super comfortable in that gay club.' In fact, so comfortable that we ended up going to the bathroom and, for the first time, had sex in a gay club bathroom," Aubrey said.

It took 14 years for the news to come out: Back in 1997, Mildred "Patty" Baena — the Schwarzenegger family maid — gave birth to Arnold Schwarzenegger's child, Joseph Baena, just days after the actor's wife, Maria Shriver, gave birth to their son Christopher. Arnold's alleged womanizing — with other ladies — had previously made headlines while he was running for California governor in 2003. Maria filed for divorce in the summer of 2011 after discovering Arnold's betrayal; it was finalized a decade later in 2021.
In the 2023 Netflix docu-series "Arnold," the actor-politician revealed the moment he finally came clean to his wife. "Maria and I went to counseling once a week and in one of the sessions the counselor said, 'I think today Maria wants to be very specific about something. She wants to know if you are the father of Joseph.' And I was like — I thought my heart stopped, and then I told the truth," Arnold recalled. "'Yes, Maria, Joseph is my son,'" he told her. "She was crushed because of that. I had an affair in '96. In the beginning I really didn't know. I just started feeling the older he got the more it became clear to me and then it was really just a matter of how do you keep this quiet? How do you keep this a secret?"
Arnold lamented his behavior. "I think that I have caused enough pain for my family because of my f*** up. Everyone had to suffer. Maria had to suffer. The kids had to suffer. Joseph. His mother. Everyone," Arnold said, further confessing in the docu-series, "I am going to have to live with it the rest of my life. People will remember my successes and they will also remember my failures. This is a major failure. I had failures in the past in my career, but this is a whole different ball game, dimension of failure."

Natalie Portman's marriage is reportedly in serious peril after her husband, Benjamin Millepied, allegedly had an affair with a 25-year-old woman. On June 2, 2023, Page Six reported that the Oscar winner and the dancer-choreographer, who married in 2012, quietly separated in 2022 but worked through their issues until they were later "rocked by revelations that he cheated." In May 2023 — the same month Natalie attended the Cannes Film Festival without her husband — Benjamin was photographed with climate activist Camille Étienne in Paris. According to French magazine Voici, the "Star Wars" actress learned in early March "that her husband was having an affair with a young woman." A source told Page Six that Natalie and Benjamin have not split and are trying to work things out. "Ben is doing everything he can to get Natalie to forgive him. He loves her and their family," the source said.

In April 2021, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez announced they'd ended their four-year romance and two-year engagement about a month after initially denying they'd broken up in the wake of the retired baseball star's latest cheating scandal. Though A-Rod had previously been accused of trying to arrange meet-ups with fitness model Lauren Hunter in 2017 and British Playboy model Zoe Gregory in 2018 — both after he'd started seeing J.Lo — it was a 2021 claim that he was acting shady with another woman that made bigger headlines.
On a January 2021 reunion show taped in late 2020, a co-star accused "Southern Charm" personality Madison LeCroy of having an affair with an ex-MLB player in Miami who was soon identified as Alex. In February 2021, Madison admitted to Page Six that she'd communicated "on the phone" with Alex but insisted their involvement was "innocent" — they "never met up," had "never been physical" and "never had any kind of anything" going on between them, she said. "He's never physically cheated on his fiancée with me," she insisted — which many thought was a curious choice of words. An Alex-friendly source told Page Six that A-Rod didn't know Madison and "definitely didn't hook up with her." But the source didn't deny that he slid into her DMs, as fans confirmed A-Rod followed the Bravo star on Instagram and had liked several of her thirst-inducing photos. As the scandal started heating up online, social media sleuths noticed Alex unliked several of Madison's posts.
Fast-forward to May 2023 when Madison finally spilled more details. On an episode of Austen Kroll's "Pillows and Beer" podcast, Madison — who was dating Austen at the time of the scandal — revealed that A-Rod kicked things off by asking her what gyms in her neighborhood were open amid COVID-19 lockdowns. She said she didn't believe it was him at first. "I'm being f****** catfished. The dude who's dating [J.Lo] is not in my DMs right now," she said she told herself. "I told [A-Rod], I said, 'If you're looking for a side chick,' which clearly he was, 'it wasn't gonna be me.' I'm wifey material." Austen chimed in too, sharing, "He kept on FaceTiming you ad nauseam. You were like, 'This mother f*****'s FaceTimed me three or four times today.' And then he, like, got mad at Madison because she didn't answer when she was on the boat or something. And she was like, 'I'm not at your beck and call.'" Madison also said A-Rod offered to fly her to Miami on multiple occasions and even sent her travel itineraries for commercial flights, but she never went or saw him in person. A-Rod's rep issued a denial to Page Six, saying, "Her 15 minutes of fame are up, and she is trying [to] get a 16th minute. Please stop wasting everyone's time with these false narratives. They were false two years ago and continue to be false."

In an April 2023 interview with The Guardian, music star Smokey Robinson opened up about one of the major affairs from his past — with fellow Motown legend and childhood friend Diana Ross. Though the "Tears of a Clown" singer had previously confirmed an affair with Diana, he shared more details about what happened when he cheated on his first wife, Claudette Rogers — to whom he was married from 1959 to 1986 — for "about a year" with the Supremes singer, though he didn't specify when it happened. "I was married at the time. [Diana and I] were working together and it just happened. But it was beautiful," Smokey said. "She's a beautiful lady, and I love her right till today. She's one of my closest people. She was young and trying to get her career together. I was trying to help her. I brought her to Motown, in fact. I wasn't going after her and she wasn't going after me. It just happened." Smokey explained that Diana ultimately decided the affair needed to end. "After we'd been seeing each other for a while, Diana said to me she couldn't do that because she knew Claudette, and she knew I still loved my wife," the "Tracks of My Tears" singer said. "And I did. I loved my wife very much."
Smokey didn't seem to regret what happened, explaining that as he's gotten older, he's "learned that we are capable of loving more than one person at the same time. And it has been made taboo by us. By people," he said. "It's not because one person isn't worthy or they don't live up to what you expect — it has to do with feelings. If we could control love, nobody would love anybody. Nobody would take that chance. Why would you put your heart out there for somebody to be able to hurt you like that and make you able to have those feelings?"

When Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans announced they were divorcing in the summer of 2022 after more than four years of marriage, things seemed amicable. But in early 2023, claims that she allegedly cheated made headlines. In February 2023, Kelsea and Morgan (left) gave conflicting accounts of the circumstances that led to their breakup, with Kelsea telling the "Call Her Daddy" podcast there was "such a sense of disconnection" in their marriage, they spent years in therapy, she often slept on the couch and that she and Morgan would go for ages without seeing each other — and when they finally did, "I felt like I was carrying that load … I was just tired of showing up in that way all the time and not feeling like I was seen or matched," she said. Morgan hit back on Instagram, saying it was "really sad for me to see this person, who I spent so much of my life with, and loved with all my heart, saying things that aren't reality and that leave out what really happened."
In the wake of the he said-she said, Page Six reported that Kelsea allegedly cheated on Morgan with The Chainsmokers member Drew Taggart (right) — who was single at the time of the alleged hookup. Kelsea and Drew reportedly got intimate during Lollapalooza in the summer of 2019 after the country-pop singer collaborated with the EDM duo on the 2018 track "This Feeling." In June 2022, El Periodico reported that Shakira had recently dumped her partner of more than a decade, Gerard Piqué, after she caught him with another woman. The singer and the soccer star, who share two sons, soon confirmed their split, though they kept mum on the infidelity allegations. That seemingly changed in January 2023 when Shakira released what was widely branded a diss track with "BZRP Music Session #53" crafted with Argentine Producer Bizarrap — and the lyrics take not-so-veiled shots at Gerard and his new girlfriend, Clara Chia Marti, a public relations student who works in the special events department at Gerard's movie and TV production company, Kosmos, The Sun reported. (She's 12 years younger than Gerard — and half Shakira's age.) "You're acting so weird I don't even recognize you / I'm worth two 22-year-olds / You traded in a Ferrari for a Twingo / You traded in a Rolex for a Casio," Shakira sings. She went on to insult Gerard's intelligence. "I was out of your league that's why you've settled for someone just like you," she ended it. After the song was released, Gerard appeared to respond, tweeting several circus-themed emojis, essentially calling her a clown.
But there's more: Reports also surfaced claiming Shakira was clued in to the alleged infidelity because she returned home after a trip to discover that someone had eaten some of the jam she kept in the fridge in the home she shared with Gerard — but he and their sons all hate jam, Page Six explained in January 2023, citing various reports.

Rascal Flatts guitarist Joe Don Rooney filed to divorce Tiffany Fallon — Playboy's Playmate of the Year for 2005 and Miss Georgia 2001 — in 2021 after 14 years of marriage and three kids together. Since then, their split has grown increasingly messy. In January 2023, People magazine obtained court documents filed in Tennessee over the previous two years that reveal both the music star, who cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, and the model, who accused her husband of "inappropriate marital conduct," have admitted to adultery. Joe Don accused Tiffany of cheating on him with her personal trainer while they were still together. She responded in court docs, admitting she was unfaithful but only began seeing someone else "once [Joe Don] had fully withdrawn from their marital relationship due, [among other things], to habitual alcoholism and drug use." According to her court papers, "[Tiffany] has always been totally honest about her adultery in this matter, as opposed to [Joe Don] who has repeatedly lied under oath about his own adultery and drug abuse." The pair are also at odds over what happened when the music star spent $315,800 on a four-month stay at a luxury alcohol and drug rehab center in Utah. "[Joe Don] has admitted to engaging in an ongoing sexual affair with another facility patient while he was there for his incredibly expensive therapy, calling into question his dedication to the program," court documents state. The former couple are set to meet for a divorce settlement conference in March 2023 as their bitter split continues to play out.

In late November 2022, DailyMail.com reported that "Good Morning America" anchors Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes had been quietly seeing each other for several months — even though they were both married to other people at the time. The outlet published several photos of the duo holding hands, vacationing together, spending time at each other's New York City apartments and otherwise looking like much more than friendly co-workers. As the apparent affair made headlines, People magazine reported that, according to a source, "There were rumors they were having an affair about a year ago. Cheryl Burke appeared to spill some tea on TikTok on Aug. 24, 2022, when she strongly implied that her ex-husband, Matthew Lawrence, cheated on her. Ne-Yo's wife, Crystal Smith, took to Instagram on July 30, 2022, to accuse the singer of cheating on her for eight years with several women — one of whom, she claimed in divorce documents filed in early August, recently gave birth to his child, TMZ reported. The allegations come just three months after Ne-Yo and Crystal renewed their wedding vows. "8 years of lies and deception," she began her Instagram post. "8 years of unknowingly sharing my life and husband with numerous of women who sell their bodies to him unprotected… every last one of them! To say I'm heartbroken and disgusted is an understatement. To ask me to stay and accept it is absolutely insane. The mentality of a narcissist." She continued, "I will no longer lie to the public or pretend that this is something it isn't. Court filings also revealed texts exchanged between the two in which Tristan appeared to tell Maralee he "won't be involved" in the child's life, urged her to get an abortion and offered her $75,000 to move on. However, on the morning of Oct. 13, Dominic and his wife stepped outside their family home in England together and kissed for photographers, clearly putting on a united front, as seen in photos published by MailOnline. In April 2018, another NBA star — her boyfriend of a year and a half, Tristan Thompson — found himself at the center of a cheating scandal just two days before Khloe gave birth to their daughter, True. On April 10, videos emerged showing Tristan cozying up to several women.
