Cameron Walker said King Charles III's decision to strip Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor of his titles and remove him from Royal Lodge could push him into a desperate situation. "He's never going to be a completely private individual because, although all of his titles have been taken away, he is still the King's brother and he's still supposedly the favorite son of the late
Queen Elizabeth II," he said while speaking on
The Sun's Royal Exclusive Show. "So, although he's got no kind of entitlement in terms of the public role of the monarchy, he's still kind of in The Firm. The danger, I think, for the royal family and particularly the King, is if you completely cast him out and give him no financial support or no housing support whatsoever… he needs to get money from somewhere."

After being banished from royal life, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's financial future remains uncertain. "The only money he definitely, we know he gets, is his modest military pension, which isn't a lot, to be perfectly honest," Cameron Walker said. "And it runs the danger of Andrew falling into the wrong hands financially, which perhaps was one of the reasons why he associated himself with Jeffrey Epstein, the billionaire."

If King Charles III and The Firm don't act accordingly, they could have another Prince Harry situation on their hands. "What's next? Is he going to write a tell-all memoir, go down the Harry route and make lots of money?" Cameron Walker said, referring to the Duke of Sussex's shocking 2023 book, Spare. "If his brother doesn't give him any? That's the danger."

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor will be spending his last Christmas at Royal Lodge after being disinvited to the annual celebrations at Sandringham. "He's coming to terms with the fact he's lost everything that mattered to him. His status, his position in the royal family and military and to a lesser extent, a fractured family," a source told
The Telegraph.
