Sharon Stone's brother dies at 57 after the death of his 11-month-old son
Sharon Stone's brother, Patrick Stone, died suddenly at age 57 in Pennsylvania on Sunday (Feb. 13). According to TMZ, the coroner's office cited heart disease as the reason for his "sudden cardiac death" just a year and a half after the death of his 11-month-old son River, who's Sharon's godson. "My heart feels like it's been ripped out of my chest," Patrick's wife Tasha reportedly told friends in a message on Sunday. "Patrick went to be with our sweet River … I don't know what else to say, he was my world. I'm not sure what life is supposed to look like without my husband by my side and quite honestly I don't want to, but I will of course. I just hope that you always stay by my side watching over Hunter, Kaylee and I," Tasha continued. "Until we meet again I will forever hold you and our wonderful (and some not so wonderful but just as important) memories close to my heart and will visit those memories always. I love you honey babe. My wish through all of this is that now at least River has his daddy with him and I hope the two of you are having the best time." River was diagnosed with organ failure shortly before his death in August 2021.

Valerie Bertinelli is embracing the freedom that comes with emotional healing. Over the weekend, the newly divorced "One Day at a Time" star shared a moment of excitement after she put on a pair of pants she'd stopped wearing because an ex "mocked" how she looked in them. "I'm giggling because I had a small hidden bruise that was activated today," she said in a video on Instagram on Sunday (Feb. 12). Explaining that the "particular sound" that's audible in the background of the clip is from her "pants rubbing together," she told the camera, "I stopped wearing them because I was … mercilessly mocked, you know, 'I'm too lazy to do anything about it. They wouldn't rub together if you …'" She went on to tell fans, "Hidden bruises are something that emotional, verbal, mental abuse do to you. People can't see [them] but we got to deal with [them] everyday when they're activated. I'm so grateful the work that I'm doing on healing, is working." While the negative reaction to her pants once made her put them "away forever," Valerie said, she now equates the friction with moving on and being herself. "Hear that sound? That's the sound of freedom to me," she said. "Now I hesitate to post this because so many [people will say], 'God, let go of it. Move on,'" she added. "This is called moving on. This is called healing. And to all of you that can identify with this and feel seen, welcome. I'm just another part of your tribe." She jokingly captioned the pants clip, "duck waddle activated." Valerie filed for divorce from her husband, Tom Vitale, in May 2022.

After Rihanna broke her years-long performing hiatus by headlining the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show — where she revealed she's expecting her second child — the singer's ex, Chris Brown, seemingly sent his love and support on his Instagram Stories. On Sunday (Feb. 12), the singer wrote simply, "Go Girl," alongside a praying hands emoji and a red hands emoji that appeared to be a nod to Rih's all-red stage look. The message was similar to the low-key "congratulations" he shared on his Stories after Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky announced they were expecting their first child last year.

For the first time ever, longtime besties Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are teaming up for a comedy tour, the "Saturday Night Live" alums announced on Monday (Feb. 13). "If this tour goes right, we can finally end this friendship," the duo joked in a joint statement. The Tina Fey & Amy Poehler: Restless Leg Tour kicks off on April 28, 2023, in Washington, D.C., before heading to Chicago, Boston and Atlantic City, New Jersey. Though they've never toured together, the friends of 30 years have performed together outside of "SNL" multiple times, including four turns as the co-hosts of the Golden Globes. The pair met through the comedy improv scene in Chicago in the early '90s, according to Entertainment Weekly. They went on to become the first women to co-anchor "Weekend Update." The tour is set to celebrate their 30-year-long friendship.
'NYPD Blue' alum Austin Majors dies at 27
Former child star Austin Majors has died at age 27. TMZ reports Austin was staying at a facility for unhoused people in Los Angeles when he passed away on Saturday (Feb. 11). A source told the outlet the former "NYPD Blue" star may have ingested a fatal amount of fentanyl," though no cause of death has been confirmed. "[Austin] was a loving, artistic, brilliant, and kind human being," his family told TMZ in a statement. "Austin took great joy and pride in his acting career. He was an active Eagle Scout and graduated Salutatorian in High School. He went on to graduate from USC's School of Cinematic Arts with a passion of directing and music producing. Austin's younger sister, Kali, says her fondest memories with Austin were growing up on set with him, volunteering at events with 'Kids With a Cause,' and backpacking together," the statement continues. "Austin was the kind of son, brother, grandson, and nephew that made us proud and we will miss him deeply forever." Austin was best known for playing Detective Andy Sipowicz's son, Theo, for seven seasons on "NYPD Blue."
