A new poll counting down the 50 most popular women on the Web ranks Justin Bieber as No. 7 -- making him more cyber-famous than Angelina Jolie, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift and Oprah, not to mention a slew of other female celebs who you'd think would have had an edge merely by virtue of being, well, women. Initially published in COED Magazine, the results were based on Google searches and other online statistics, none of which apparently took into account the fact that as the eighth wonder of the world, Justin's hair is able to magnetically override Google search algorithms, rendering all results in the key of "Bieber."
