Lindsay Lohan's mother's house is heading for foreclosure, according to a U.S. report.
Bankers recently filed a lawsuit to take Dina Lohan's $1.3 million Long Island, New York, home because of past due mortgage payments, according to The Long Island Press.
The mother of four reportedly has an opportunity to salvage the property by settling with the bank for the undisclosed amount due.
Dina has reportedly been fighting to keep her home out of foreclosure since 2005 and last year, her famous daughter gave her $40,000 to save the house.
It has been a bad September for Dina: She was arrested for allegedly driving drunk in Long Island, New York, and booked on two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count of speeding. She is due in court later this month.
