Elvis Presley's former Beverly Hills, Calif., home is back on the market a year after restaurateur and hotelier Peter Morton purchased the estate for $9.8 million.

The Rex Lotery-designed mansion became home to Presley and his wife Priscilla shortly after they wed in 1967 after The King paid $400,000 for the Trousdale Estate residence.
Morton has renovated the sprawling pad and posted it as a rental property at the beginning of 2014.
