She may be a new mother and getting fewer zzz's than ever, but some things never change: Eva Mendes still looks ridiculously good!

Just six months after giving birth to daughter Esmeralda, the actress shows off her enviable body on the cover of April's Women's Health. Clearly, motherhood is a good look for her. Really good.

"I'm actually enjoying the sleepless nights because it's bonding with my little girl," Eva told the magazine for its Beauty Issue.

The restless evenings, though, now give her normalcy, as does her fitness routine, which is a mix of cardio, hiking, light weightlifting and yoga.

"I realized a long time ago that I needed to have some kind of routine," she shares of her fitness plan. "I don't love it, but I've made peace with that."

She's also very mindful of what she puts in her body. But, much like her stunning looks, her diet hasn't really changed since becoming a mother.

"I haven't eaten meat in about six years, because I don't agree with factory farming here," she shares. "This is just what worked for me, it's important to say, but when I cut that out I immediately felt better. And also, after a year of eliminating it, my skin looked brighter and healthier overall."

During Eva's pregnancy and since Esmeralda was born, Eva has been taking her time easing back into the spotlight. Her focus is just on being a mother. But, despite all she's learned, don't expect her to start doling out advice because, as she said, she hasn't "earned the right" to do that yet.

"I want to respect all the moms out there," she said. "They're going to be like, 'You know what? You're a few months in. Just shut up.'"
