Is Lana Del Rey working her way through the unofficial list of Hollywood's least eligible bachelors? Just weeks after she was photographed in the company of 43-year-old Marilyn Manson, the "Video Games" chanteuse, 25, sparked another round of hookup talk when she was spotted out with Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose.
Shutterbugs snapped the pair exiting the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on Friday night. Lana left first, with 50-year-old Axl, now a slightly schlubby shadow of his shirtless, red-white-and-blue bandana-sporting "Sweet Child o' Mine" heyday, a few feet behind.
They hopped into a waiting SUV and zoomed off.
But Guns N' Roses guitarist DJ Ashba brushes off the romance rumors, telling TMZ, "I don't think they're dating. Axl is a really cool dude and likes hanging out with cool people."
That said, Del Rey, who was previously linked to Barrie-James O'Neill of the Scottish band Kassidy, has long been a fan of the rocker. She attended two Guns N' Roses shows in Los Angeles last month, and before her meteoric rise, she recorded a song called "Axl Rose Husband."
You can listen to it here, but before you do, heed these two warnings: Lana uses the word "daddy" a few too many times for comfort ("You're my one king daddy, I'm your little queen"), and the jangly-bordering-on-shrill vocals made our dog get up and leave the room (true story).
For those keeping score, both Manson and Rose have had past relationship issues: Marilyn once confessed to daydreaming about bashing in the head of former fiancée Evan Rachel Wood, while Axl was accused of domestic violence.
So, given Lana's recent hang-time with the veteran rockers, we couldn't help but wonder which questionable guy she could be spied with next. Jesse James? Charlie Sheen? Mickey Rourke? Wilmer Valderrama? John Mayer? Tell us your pick in the comments.
