Lindsay Lohan should know by now that someone is always watching. The newly probation-free starlet has adamantly denied claims that she was at the Standard Hotel in Los Angeles on April 5, when she's accused of getting into a scuffle with another woman, but police have obtained surveillance video that shows she was there on the night in question, reports Radar Online.

Lohan is accused of pushing and shoving one Marisa Dugas, who apparently made the mistake of approaching and chatting up a guy at LiLo's table at the Smoke and Mirrors club inside the hotel.

Lindsay has insisted she was home watching TV.

"We're going to wait for the Sheriff's Department to release their findings before we comment any further," her rep sidesteps to Radar.

His reticence is understandable, considering that TMZ reports Lindsay was involved in yet another dust-up at the Smoke and Mirrors club on Wednesday night. And this one apparently ended with her wearing someone else's drink.

Seems Lohan rode shotgun to the hotel with a friend, who proceeded to hit a car in the parking garage. For whatever reason, the onetime actress called her estranged and execrable dad, Michael, for help.

Perhaps sensing a story to share via his Dial-a-Star gig (only $10 a minute), Papa Lohan showed up and escorted his fellow jailbird into the club, where they stayed (but didn't drink) for the next several hours.

Trouble began when the hot spot was closing. TMZ says a woman seated nearby made "a snide comment about Lindsay showing up with her dad."

The impulse-challenged starlet supposedly responded by screaming, "Shut the [bleep] up," an outburst that ended with her covered in the unknown woman's drink.

Michael, in one of the few smart moves he's made in recent years, grabbed Lindsay and beat a hasty retreat.

These latest incidents come just weeks after Judge Stephanie Sautner ended Lohan's formal probation.

"The only terms left for you on that case are to obey all laws," the judge told her. "It's not that hard. ... I know it's kind of hard when people are following you around all the time, but that's the life you chose. ... Live your life in a more mature way. Stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work."

Speaking of work, Lindsay is set to shoot a guest spot on "Glee" later this week. According to E! News, she'll play a judge at Nationals and her cameo will include a speech about hardworking child stars.

"It's great stuff for her," relays a source. "She's been very nice to everyone."
