The pair made their debut at the Met Gala in May 2013, when they were snapped holding hands as they exited the fete. At the time, the actress was three months out from her breakup with Jason Segel, with their yearlong relationship reportedly ending because of distance (she's based in Brooklyn; he's makes his home in Los Angeles).
Williams, 33, and Yellin, 38, who live in the same Red Hook neighborhood of the borough, did their best to keep the romance under the radar. Sightings of the two were rare, although they were photographed last June at a kid's birthday party in Brooklyn with Michelle's 8-year-old daughter, Matilda. Yellin was also seen walking the tyke home from school.
At least Michelle has work to take her mind off the split: She recently made her Broadway debut as Sally Bowles in "Cabaret."
