Sofia Vergara doesn't exactly come across as the shy, retiring type. After all, when her gown split up the rear at last month's Emmy Awards, she tweeted a photo of her exposed crack and bubbled, "I love my life!" But it seems the "Modern Family" knockout prefers to keep some things private.

The New York Post says "personal" photos of Vergara, 40, are on the market after apparently being lifted from the phone of her fiancé, Nick Loeb.

"The photos show Sofia in her bathroom and the bedroom, and, while they are personal, they are not fully revealing," says a source. "But her management team are doing their best to make sure they do not become public."

"Not fully revealing" means Vergara's impressive lady parts aren't exposed in the pics, which were reportedly "hacked or stolen" from Loeb's phone before the couple's July engagement. A "mystery seller" in Florida (it always seems to be Florida) offered them up for sale.

On the plus side, the spy helpfully points out that Sofia "looks fantastic" in the pilfered images, which presumably means there are no embarrassing shots of her on the can.

According to the insider, her people "have been aggressive" about keeping them from going public.
