Former Hollywood Madam Heidi Fleiss is in trouble with the authorities -- again. The 47-year-old convicted money launderer was busted late last week when law enforcement officers in Nye County, Nev., discovered 392 marijuana plants in and around her home, the Associated Press reports.

According to the Nye County Sheriff's Department, officers went to Fleiss' house looking for another woman who was wanted for arrest. Upon arriving, they discovered the pot growing in a field and near another building on her property, Sheriff Anthony L. De Meo told the AP.

Fleiss reportedly told authorities that she planned to sell the pot to a cooperative in Las Vegas, where medical marijuana is legal. However, she admitted she did not have a license to grow the plants.

Fleiss has been charged with one count of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a residence where drugs are sold, and conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substances Act. She was not arrested, though, "due to the fact that she has approximately $200,000 worth of exotic birds in the residence plus she gave us consent to search without a warrant and was very cooperative throughout the investigation," De Meo said in a news release.

Fleiss was previously busted in the 1990s, when she was arrested on multiple charges related to her lucrative prostitution ring. After her conviction, she served 20 months at a federal correctional facility in California before being released to a halfway house in 1998.
