MTV's House of Style is back, and the network has recruited world-renowned supermodels Karlie Kloss and Joan Smalls to host its new season!

Kloss, 20, and Smalls, 20, were officially announced as co-hosts during the MTV Video Music Awards pre-show in L.A. September 6. Originally hosted by Cindy Crawford in 1989, House of Style's former hosts include Molly Sims, Rebecca Romijn, Amber Valletta and Daisy Fuentes.

"It feels amazing having to fill in these legendary shoes of Cindy Crawford," Smalls told MTV News' Sway Calloway on the red carpet. "It's such a big show and such an amazing hit. It's exciting."

Kloss, who has been a model since her early teens, added, "We get the opportunity to show how the fashion world and the music world inspire one another. Tonight's a perfect example at the VMAs."

House of Style was revived for one episode in 2009, with Bar Refaeli hosting and Chanel Iman serving as a correspondent. Kloss and Smalls' season premieres October 9.
