Kate Hudson is back on the market again after she and her fiancé Matt Bellamy called off their engagement.
The announcement comes after several media outlets began speculating that the couple may have split since the once joined-at-the-hip couple hadn't been seen together for a while, including at many high-profile events in Los Angeles, where they both live.

"Kate and Matt have been separated for some time now," Kate's rep told People. "Despite this, they remain very close friends and committed co-parents."
Kate and Matt, the frontman for the band Muse, had been together for four years and have a son together, Bingham Hawn Bellamy, who was born in July 2011.

The now-former couple had been engaged since April 2011, but never tied the knot. Kate, actually, has actually been open about their long engagement and never really expressed a desire speed up the process and say "I do."
"My parents aren't married," Kate Hudson, 35, told Women's Health for its October issue. "And one of the reasons why they never got married is because they had been married before and they liked it the way it was. They didn't feel like they needed a piece of paper to be committed."
Kate was previously married to Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson.
Paparazzi agency X17 was actually first to break the news, quoting a source who said, "Kate doesn't ever want to get divorced again, and she wasn't sure marriage with Matt was the right choice. There is still a lot of love there, and they plan to amicably co-parent their son. Who knows what the future holds for them, but right now it's not a wedding."
