The 31-year-old Duchess of Cambridge carried her newborn son, swaddled in a white blanket, out of St. Mary's Hospital in London wearing a knee-length cornflower blue bespoke crep de chine dress by British designer Jenny Packham. The dress featured an an empire waist and polka-dot print, which is similar to the green polka-dot dress Princess Diana wore when introducing Prince William to the public after his birth in 1982. Nude sling-back wedges completed the ensemble.

Middleton wore her long locks down in her signature blow-out hairstyle. Prince William opted for a coordinating blue dress shirt and dark dress pants.
