Kirstie Alley is back to her thinner, healthier self again.

The actress who has famously yo-yo'd with her weight has dropped 50 pounds since going on the Jenny Craig diet several months ago.

Granted, Kirstie lost a lot of weight once before and put it back on. This time, though, she has a plan to keep the weight off.

"I thought, how am I going to solve the problem of hitting a goal and having enough fun to keep that going?" the former "Dancing With The Stars" alum said. The answer: Exercise.

"I got a yellow townie bike and I ride over to friends' houses. I bribe people. I'll say, let's ride to this restaurant and I'll pay for dinner," she told People. "And believe me: If I bike four miles to a restaurant, I don't wreck it with my order!"

For nutrition, Kirstie sticks to organic fruits and vegetables and her Jenny Craig meals, but portion control is very big part of the slim-down process. She also has a consultant to help her stay on track.

"I started looking at myself as an athlete. I was a competitive swimmer for a very long time and I remember that I wouldn't have won anything or done well in swimming if I didn't have a coach," she said.

She knows that her weight has been a roller coaster, but she's more determined than ever this time.

"I want it to be part of my life this time," she says. "I'm just trying to make it fun."
