NEW YORK (AP) -- Lily Allen isn't giving away her new CD, but at $3.99, it seems pretty close. The 23-year-old British star is teaming up with MySpace Music and Amazon.com in a promotion that will offer her sophomore CD, "It's Not Me, It's You," for that low price until Feb. 16. The CD is out Tuesday. MySpace Music has already been offering a free preview. Allen is also planning to promote the album with free concerts in London, Tokyo and New York City. While the Manhattan venue has been revealed the show will be held Tuesday at the Bowery Ballroom fans have to go to MySpace for the location of the other two events. New CDs are usually about $10 to $20 in retail stores and on some online sites.
