Selena Gomez's California home became the scene of another police lockdown on Friday morning following a burglary report.

Officers reportedly swarmed on the "Come & Get It" singer's Calabasas, Calif., home after someone called them to report a trespasser who had jumped a fence to get access to her property, according to TMZ. The site reports that the unwelcome guest is Che Cruz, the same man who pled guilt on Wednesday to unauthorized entry of a dwelling for entering Selena's guest house. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail and ordered to stay away from the singer and her home for three years.

However, Cruz was released after two days due to jail overcrowding, reports TMZ. Upon release, he reportedly went straight to Gomez's home where he was stopped again by police.

It's not the only problem Gomez has had with unwelcome visitors in recent months. Another man was convicted in February after trespassing at her old house and sentenced to 120 days in jail.
