"#RichKids of Beverly Hills" star E.J. Johnson is lighter on his toes. In fact, he's lost 50 pounds!
The son of Hall of Fame basketball player Magic Johnson underwent gastric sleeve surgery five weeks ago in order to take control of his life. The surgery, which makes your stomach smaller, came after multiple failed diets.

"[Weight] is something that I've been struggling with for pretty much all of my life," the fashion blogger told People.
"Nothing was working, and I wanted to make a more permanent decision to get back on track," he continued. "[But] I wanted to wait until I was a little bit older to know how to handle myself afterwards."
With a rigid diet plan, E.J. is maintaining his weight since the surgery by eating healthy and cutting out alcohol, bread, fried foods and sugary foods. His diet now consists of a bowl of cereal for breakfast, followed by yogurt or string cheese for a snack; for lunch, he eats a tuna or chicken salad with a protein shake or yogurt as a snack; and for dinner, he eats lean protein such as fish or chicken with a side of vegetables.
He predicts he'll hit his ideal weight in a year, though he won't say what it is, and he has taken up dance cardio and Pilates classes five days a week.
The star told the magazine, "Being able to take control of my life again, take control of what I'm eating and my fitness is enlightening and empowering."
