Rapper Rick Ross is looking pretty amazing.
The 38-year-old "Every Day I'm Hustlin'" rapper talked to "Good Morning America" on Thursday about his recent incredible 85-pound weight loss, revealing the secrets to his stunning success.
"I wanted to cut back on some of the drinking I was doing and sleep a little more, you know, watch what I ate," he says.
Clearly, Rick had to undergo a lifestyle change to get healthier, which included dropping soda from his diet and late-night eating at the recording studio.
"I would wake up and eat my breakfast, I'll maybe eat three eggs and some turkey bacon, and get ready for my workout," he says about what a typical day is now like for him. "I put a twist on that CrossFit."
In October 2011, Ross suffered two seizures in one day, which he says is the motivation behind dropping weight.
However, he stresses that his healthier lifestyle hasn't changed his music in any way. Ross' seventh studio album, Hood Billionaire, was released just last month.
"My music -- that comes from the heart," he says. "That comes from my mindset. You know, after I sit down and absorb this great interview, that's something that could come to me that I could put into a record."
In October, rapper Missy Elliott flaunted her own amazing 70-pound weight loss at the Alexander Wang x H&M Collection launch in New York City.
