Stephen Baldwin found himself in a bit of trouble on Friday, May 2, when he was arrested in New York City for driving with an expired license, Us Weekly confirms.
Police sources told TMZ that the actor, 47 -- the youngest of the famed Baldwin brothers -- was stopped just before 7 a.m. in Sugar Hill, a district in Manhattan's Harlem neighborhood. He reportedly had an expired Texas registration and an expired license.
This is not the "Usual Suspects" star's first run-in with the law. He was arrested back in August 2012 -- also for driving with an invalid license -- after cops pulled him over for making an illegal U-turn in Harlem.
A few months after that incident, Baldwin was arrested and charged with failing to file taxes from 2008 to 2010. He pleaded guilty in March 2013 and was ordered to pay $300,000 in back taxes.
