Billboard -- "Have you ever loved somebody so much you can't stand it but can't live without 'em?" T.I. starts his emotional collaboration with P!nk, titled, "Guns and Roses."
T.I.: The Billboard Cover Story
The song, along with most of the rapper's eighth studio album, "Trouble Man: Heavy Is the Head," leaked yesterday (Dec. 12). "I rather be miserable with her than suffer without her," Tip raps on the T-Minus produced song. During an intimate listening of the album at NYC's Germano Studios in October, T.I. called his collaboration with P!nk the album's "money-maker." P!nk channels her early 2000s R&B edge, belting the heartfelt hook on "Guns & Roses," singing "Should have known it/ From the start it was already over/ We were just too dumb to notice/ And we'd pray but even love couldn't save us/ We'd wake up on a bed of guns and roses."
