He hits the gym regularly and often shares his workouts — which include 100-pound dumbbell presses, 100-pound pull-ups, boxing, Pilates and the "Headbanger" pull-up — on his Instagram page.

Bodybuilder-turned-actor-turned-politician Arnold Schwarzenegger is 71 years old but he still manages to stay in shape by cycling, hitting the gym and eating healthy. Diane Keaton says the secret to staying young is being the best person you can be. The 72-year-old actress also swears by spinning, skipping meat and making sure to "walk very fast." "I'm a vegetarian now. I don't eat meat or fish. I eat eggs and cheese. And I do watch what I eat," she told the Chicago Sun-Times. "I walk. I get on the treadmill. And I'll walk really fast to break a sweat. One thing is for sure — I don't run. It's too hard. But the fast walking does give me a lot of energy to face the day."

Helen Mirren is 73 but still looks as flawless as she did in the 1960s. What's her secret? The Royal Canadian Air Force 12-minute exercise plan. The routine, which was created in the 1950s, includes 10 basic exercises designed to give you a total body workout in a short amount of time. "It is the exercise I have done off and on my whole life. Danny Glover is 72 years old and still fit thanks to Pilates classes and healthy eating. In fact, the long-and-lean actor is in such great shape that he's in talks to reprise his role as scrappy detective Roger Murtaugh in "Lethal Weapon 5."

Harrison Ford is the action star who keeps on giving, thanks to his lifestyle. The 76-year-old actor told "Entertainment Tonight" that he does "a lot" of boxing, which keeps him in great shape for his roles in "Blade Runner," the "Star Wars" reboot and the upcoming "Indiana Jones" sequel.

Cher has been in the industry since the 1960s and somehow hasn't aged a day. The legendary 72-year-old singer credits her vegetarian diet, abstaining from smoking and drinking and her workout regimen — which includes five-minute planks, surfing and cardio — for her ageless beauty. "I exercise about five times a week because it's something I've always done and I just enjoy it," she told HELLO! "I try to play the age card with my trainer but she just doesn't go for it."

"I'm not the sort of person who particularly needs a trainer. I'll just watch what the trainers do and then copy them. I do a bit of the cross-trainer, a bit of running, a bit of cardio and then I do some weights, some abs on the Swiss ball, before ending up on the mat doing a few stretches. And then standing on my head." He added, "That's my big claim to fame! I ­actually learned it in the '60s, it was a yoga thing, and my argument is I need flexibility not strength."
