JoJo Siwa's Instagram-chronicled Pride Party included a scary moment in which police and paramedics were called to her house for a possible drug overdose, according to a report.
TMZ said the person suspected of overdosing was a male who is roughly 30 years old. How the man knows JoJo isn't known. His current condition is also unknown.
Sources told the website that the man showed up to JoJo's party "high and in pretty rough shape." Medics were called around 8 p.m., and the man was transported to a local hospital. Police said no crime was committed.
With June officially being Pride Month, the YouTube sensation threw a huge Pride Party at her Los Angeles-area home on June 2. Prior to the medical incident, she shared several videos of the celebration to her Instagram Story, as did other social media influencers who attended, including Tana Mongeau.
JoJo went all out for the party, decorating her home with festive rainbow colored balloons. The party also included a bounce house, a decked out pool and kitchen, a food truck and a rainbow-bedazzled piano.
Earlier this year, the singer came out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. JoJo's announcement came in January after days of dropping hints. In a chat with Entertainment Weekly, she said she's mostly been showered with love and acceptance.
"Being called a gay icon, honestly, I think is the biggest honor," she told EW in the new interview. "About a year ago, I started having all these music meetings just for fun, just getting my head where I want to go. And I told the producers, 'I want to create gay pop, and I want to have a concert for the girls and for the gays.' Turns out a year later, I am very much so gay."
On Wednesday, Tana even shared a video of JoJo of kissing her girlfriend, Kylie Prew, in front of a rainbow-illuminated sign that spelled "PRIDE."
