Back on and headed to the altar! A new report claims that Courteney Cox and Johnny McDaid are engaged again and are full speed ahead on their wedding planning.
If you'll recall, the couple called off their engagement in December after two years together, with 18 months of them engaged.
According to Life & Style, the "Friends" star and the Snow Patrol rocker just couldn't quit each other.
"Courteney and Johnny are planning a fall wedding," the source told the magazine. "They just took a trip to London to meet with their wedding planner."
The wedding, the magazine said, will take place in Ireland, where Johnny is from.
"They are considering Castle Leslie, where Paul McCartney married Heather Mills, as well as Ballintubber Abbey, where Pierce Brosnan got married," the tabloid's source said, adding that the wedding will be intimate.
"She really wants a low-key wedding with about 100 guests," the source said.
Aside from a small guest list, another thing that has already been determined is the entertainment.
"Their good friend Ed Sheeran will be playing," the source said, adding, "and Johnny will be singing a song he wrote especially for Courteney."
Over the past few weeks, Courteney and Johnny have been spotted together, leaving many to wonder if they were indeed back together. Photos showed them in late March with her daughter Coco Arquette in Los Angeles. They were later seen on a date. On April 13, the two were photographed at Heathrow Airport sharing a passionate kiss, all but confirming their reconciliation.
When they initially split in December, it was said that the duo had been struggling over "lifestyle choices." Courteney enjoyed being social and going out with friends. Johnny was more of a homebody and much more private. Prior to the split, Courteney and Johnny went to counseling, but they finally decided to give up the ghost on their romance.
It was later reported that their romance failed because of location. Johnny, it seems, wanted to return to his native land of the UK, while Courteney had no desire to leave Los Angeles.
Not only has she lived in Los Angeles for a long time, but she also has 11-year-old daughter, Coco, who she shares custody with her ex-husband, David Arquette. Both Coco and David live in Los Angeles as well.
Glad to see these lovebirds have figured it out.
