Dina Lohan is facing the music.
A judge has sentenced Lindsay Lohan's mother to 18 days in jail after she copped a plea deal in her DWI case from early 2020. TMZ reports that Dina pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an incident without reporting it.

In addition to the jail time, Dina will also be on probation for five years, participate in a victim impact panel and take part in an alcohol program.
While initially reporting the arrest last year, TMZ said Dina had just left a dinner at Outback Steakhouse in New York when she T-boned another car outside the restaurant. Dina allegedly fled the scene, but the woman in the other car chased the reality star all the way to her Long Island home.
While speaking to officers, Dina claimed she wasn't drunk and accused a cop of pushing her down to make it appear she was intoxicated. Her lawyer told the aforementioned webloid that Dina refused a breathalyzer because "she was NOT drunk … and thought they'd lie." There were claims that Dina fell out of the car after she got home, but her lawyer told the website the "officer actually pushed her to the ground."
Dina had one previous DWI on her record from 2013.
