"I feel like they are attacking, talking together, fight together. I don't like it," the foreperson told Judge Curtis Farber along with the prosecution and defense teams, according to the Associated Press.The foreperson shared he thought it was their role to analyze "what happened at the time, in the moment" regarding the allegations against Harvey Weinstein, but some jurors "are pushing people, talking about his past."

Several actress accused Harvey Weinstein of assault. He's adamantly maintained his innocence. The jurors in his current trial are tasked with considering only the crimes he's been charged with in this case, not every allegation he's faced over the years."I feel it is not fair taking the decision about the past," the foreperson stated.
He added that there has been pressure on jurors "to change their minds," but they should simply "let that person make a decision."

A second juror insisted to the court that things were "going well" and that the jury was "making headway" on reaching a decision — "The tone is very different today," she claimed.A third juror previously asked to be excused from the trial due to the "unfair and unjust" nature of deliberations.
"In a good conscience, I don't think this is fair and just," the third juror said, echoing the foreperson's comments.

Harvey Weinstein's defense lawyer, Arthur Aidala, urged Judge Curtis Farber to call a mistrial over the "tainted," "rogue" and "runaway" jury."People are considering things that were not brought into this trial as evidence," Aidala argued. "It's not fair. They are talking about the past. It's not about the past."
