It looks like Kim Richards will be serving jail time after all for her public intoxication case from last year.

She only has herself to blame.

Last September, as part of a plea deal, a judge let the former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star skirt time behind bars so long as she attended 52 AA classes and did 30 days of community labor.

Well, it seems that she hasn't, and a judge isn't happy.

On Friday, TMZ reported that the judge issued a bench warrant for the former reality star since she has yet to turn in any documentation to prove she's attended the number of AA classes ordered in her plea deal. Bail has been set at $26,000.

Kim's situation has been quite strange already. In February, she was called into a Los Angeles courtroom to explain why she has yet to perform any of her 30 days of community service. She has previously said she can't do hard labor because of a foot injury, but the prosecutor said that was all hogwash because she's been spotted in photos wearing high heels on red carpets.

Before a judge, prosecutors alleged that she wouldn't be in heels if she were so injured, and the judge agreed. The judge in this case ordered Kim to report to the court on June 1 with one of two things: a doctor's note indicating why she can't do community service, or proof that she is enrolled in a community service program.

This case all stems her April arrest in which she had a drunken meltdown at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles. After hiding out in a restroom, police said she kicked an officer. She's was charged with trespassing, resisting arrest, battery on a police officer and being drunk in public.

In her plea bargain, the former reality star was also placed on three years probation and ordered to stay 100 yards away from the Beverly Hills Hotel. Aside from the 30 days of community service, she was also ordered to attend an alcoholics anonymous class every week for a year.

It's been a rough go for Kim. In August she was arrested for shoplifting from Target and she was even reportedly homeless and living out of her car. She's maintained that since September of 2015 she's is sober and healthy.
