In an interview with the British TV show "Lorraine," the pregnant reality TV star hinted that Caitlyn will be banned from seeing the child.
"Will having a child affect anything between you and Caitlyn?," the interviewer asked Khloe on Thursday. Khloe responded, "I don't think it affects anything with Caitlyn. Things are just as they are."
The Kardashian sisters -- Khloe, Kim and Kourtney -- have been at odds with Caitlyn for several years now, stemming largely from the transgender star's memoir in which she claims her ex-wife Kris Jenner knew about her struggles with gender identity.
In a chat with Piers Morgan last year, Caitlyn said of the sisters, "They don't want me in their lives, they bashed me pretty badly. It's devastating when your kids do that. It really hurt."
She added, "I don't talk about that side of the family, I spent 23 years of my life with those kids it's difficult to talk about it, terribly terribly sad. I've lost all relationship with them, yes, I don't talk to any of them anymore."
Khloe's chat with "Lorraine" didn't solely focus on Caitlyn though. She spoke about how excited she is to share a child with her boyfriend Tristan Thompson, as well as her ability to wear "tight clothes."
"Everyone has been so nice, it's surreal to me. It's so great. It feels good to announce it and now be in tight clothes and feel like it doesn't matter," she said.
The well-known gym enthusiast is still working out through her pregnancy, but her diet has changed a bit.
"I give into cravings if I have them," she said. "If I want a donut, I'll have a donut but I don't go crazy."
For Khloe, the pregnancy is a blessing and something she almost gave up on. In fact, she said she considered using a surrogate like her sister Kim recently did.
"I thought about it at one point then it just didn't cross my mind, so when I got pregnant I was so surprised," she said. "Pregnancy puts so many things into perspective, people say once you have a baby life begins, but honestly I'm so happy this is happening in my life right now, I feel so ready."
